With over two decades of money management experience, David Trent has developed the discipline and knowledge to help you build your wealth. After seven years as an investment representative with two major firms, David became inspired to start his own company focused on unbiased, objective money management service. In early 1996, David founded Trent Capital Management, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisory firm, based in Little Rock, AR.
In 1985, David graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas with a B.S. in Mathematical Science. David has had great success in navigating clients through multiple market declines and facilitating disciplined investing during two of the worst Bear Markets (2000-2002 and 2007-2009) in U.S. history. His expertise in the process of money management has helped provide peace and purpose to clients despite these financial and economic crises.
David's encyclopedic knowledge of no load mutual funds and extensive networking with fund managers has helped position Trent Capital Management, Inc. as a lead investment advisory firm, serving clients throughout the country.
David and his wife, Andrea, have two children, Carter (19) and Avery (16).
